Survey Officer(s) (Quantity)
The appointee(s) will (a) assist in preparing tender documents, handling tender clarification and evaluation, preparing tender report, and supporting contract administration; (b) work with project teams to process and certify payment applications of lump sum and re-measurement contracts, conduct VO assessment, settle final accounts, etc.; (c) assist in preparing cost and pre-tender estimates of proposed projects; and (d) perform any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Applicants should have (i) a Higher Certificate in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or Building Studies from a recognised university or a technical institute; OR a Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or Building Studies from a recognised university or a technical institute plus 3 years’ recognised apprenticeship in a reputable organisation; and (ii) at least 3 years’ relevant work experience subsequent to attaining (i) above. Experience in handling term contracts will be advantageous.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
