Your main responsibilities: You are responsible for strengthening and aligning the substance in sustainability communications You are the substance content expert in sustainability communications ensuring all internal and external sustainability related marketing and communications materials have an aligned key messaging and terminology and reflect the sustainability strategy of Siemens As part of a global team, you will closely liaise with the sustainability, marketing and communications´ teams in the businesses and on corporate level to ensure aligned communications Next to being proactive, courageous, and passionate about sustainability you should bring the following: University degree (master's degree / diploma) in a relevant discipline 10 years of professional experience in marketing and communications or in a similar industry, of which 3 years of experience in a corporate sustainability related field Ability to crystallize complex issues and create concise, strategy-based messages and communicate them effectively Ability to communicate verbally, visually and in writing in an inspirational way Thrive in fast-paced environment managing multi-tasking well and have a good ability to prioritize and deliver within short timeframes Ideally with experience in Siemens or the capital goods industry You are fluent in EnglishWanted: Co-designers of tomorrow.
