Required Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production/Environmental Engineering.
• Minimum Experience of 5+ Years in the area of product development at MB AG
• Proficiency in Smaragd, Dialog and BOM/Part management.
• Clear understanding of part and module organization in Smaragd.
• Ability to work individually and within teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with peer group and senior leaders.
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to deliver as per project goals.
• Eagerness to identify, learn and apply new sustainability tools, processes and methodologies.
Additional Skills desired
• Knowledge of Sustainability and LCA topics.
• Knowledge of Gabi software.
