M Moser Associates Shanghai office is looking for a new Sustainability Specialist to join our successful and busy team in the heart of the city. We pride ourselves on delivering fresh and exciting workplace design projects for our portfolio of high-profile clients.

We seek a young, energetic, ambitious candidate who excels in a team‐centric and innovative environment.

The successful applicant for this position will have opportunity to:

• Support Sustainability Team in delivering green certification projects in both China and global offices
• Work with our architects, designers and engineers to develop cost-effective sustainable design solutions based on client sustainability goals and CSR objectives
• Develop specialties in sustainability and project management related fields (such as sustainable material sourcing and energy modelling)
• Develop a thorough, experience-based multinational career in building engineering, project management and environmental sustainability
• Obtain LEED AP credentials within 2 months (advantage to candidates already in possession of LEED GA or AP)

Desired Skills and Experience

• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Work experience in related fields is a plus

Education

Bachelor’s degree in the following fields:

• Building Services Engineering (preferred)
• Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Architecture / Project Management
• Master’s degree is a plus
• Overseas study experience is a plus

Language:

• Excellent English skills are a must

Software Requirements:

Skill with one or more the following is a plus:

• IESVE/eQuest/Ecotect/DIALux/EnergyPlus/AutoCAD/Revit/SketchUp/Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator
