Sustainability Trainee #FutureWerner – Siemens Sustainability #FutureWerner will work with Siemens Business Development team. You will develop further our Business to Society – program and Siemens impact on what matters in Finland. Dow Jones Sustainability Index ranks Siemens as most sustainable company in its industry group. Do you want to reach beyond the ordinary solutions – how we at Siemens contribute to sustainable development? What kind of work assignments are included in this trainee position? As a Sustainability #FutureWerner you will be supporting with developing our Business to Society – program. You will focus on creating practices, brainstorming ideas, collect and process sustainability related data both internally and from our external network. In this work you have the possibility to decrease our footprint by improving our internal way of working and help to measure and grow our handprint in the society by developing our sustainability program. You will get a great possibility to network with different stakeholders both internally and externally. What is required from Sustainability #FutureWerner? As a Sustainability #FutureWerner you study master’s degree for example in economics, engineering or environmental studies, but most importantly you have interest in sustainability. You have hunger for learning and growth mindset. The work requires a lot of communication, so you need to have good interpersonal skills and good English and Finnish skills. As a Sustainability Werner you can start the trainee period already in spring at our Espoo office and you can work either fulltime or part-time. Salary is based on the completed studies.
