About the role As sustainability coordinator you will be a leading force in our sustainability work and together with the Head of Sustainability liaise with the overall business operations. You will support internal stakeholders within sustainability and integrate sustainability throughout the business. You will also continuously be evaluating and assessing the implication of new sustainability requirements coming from EU, authorities, customers, and stakeholders.The sustainability team is in Stockholm therefor some travel to Stockholm will be required for the role. You will also: - Lead various sustainability initiatives and improve existing work - Perform reporting according to authority requirements and Siemens´ internal guidelines - Help the business to support our external stakeholders in advancing their sustainability journey - Support the business with sustainability related customer inquiries - Communicate internally and engage our employees in sustainability. - You will also take an active role in our external communication and help push our message of sustainability in different forums. By excellent communication, you clarify our path, and you engage and inspire people to commit to our long-term strategy and future vision. You are excellent at working in an organized and structured manner and enjoy cooperating with different people throughout the entire organization. We believe you (have): - A university degree (Bachelor or Master) with a clear focus on Sustainability.
