Non-Thesis Internship

In 2020 we have introduced a supply chain transparency system in our three segments (Food, Petcare, and Confectionary) for six categories/materials. In 2021, we will roll-out this tool to other materials. In this internship, you can support this roll-out by successfully introducing the supply chain transparency solution to our buyers and our suppliers.

Your tasks:

• Supporting design of material-specific surveys/dashboard 
• Supporting internal and external engagement 
• Tracking of supplier's registration and data entry
• Initiate corrective actions
• Connect intensively with buyers and suppliers
• Evaluation of roll-out and recommending improvements 

Your profile:

• Advanced studies (HBO of WO) e.g. focused on supply chain, sustainability, communications
• Communication is your key strength. You like to connect with people from different cultures inside and outside of our organization 
• System design thinking: you can easily translate physical process flows into system design
• A proactive way of working, flexibility & enthusiasm
• Very good communication skills and proficiency in English – basic Dutch skills are beneficial
• Affinity with Sustainability 
• EU visa and work permit for the Netherlands
• Ability to work at least 4 days a week for at least 5 months
