Utilise your administrative and organisational skills and experience with a global, biopharmaceutical FTSE10 company.  We are currently looking for a Travel Administrator to join us in Cambridge.  

You will be working as an administrator within a project team.  Managing the day-to-day operations within the area, you will be responsible for implementing and leading key deliverables, ensuring compliance.   Your activities will be supervised; with your immediate manager providing guidance.

In this new and exciting role, you will be responsible for performing a range of general administrative tasks in relation to our MyTravel scheme for Cambridge.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of the Making Travel Work inbox and ensuring tracker of all emails and responses is kept up to date and inbox service level agreements are adhered to
  • Processing MyTravel incentives (train, bus tickets and commuter bus tickets) – to include obtaining proof of purchase for the train/car park season tickets
  • Collecting, collating & inputting all MyParking and shuttle services data including tracking and sending MyParking offender notification emails
  • Provide support with wider travel team projects
  • Carry out additional administration duties as required

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Interest in travel and transport including some knowledge of transport within Cambridge
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Competent using relevant office equipment and software
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Pro-active and self-motivated
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Willingness to travel across AstraZeneca sites in Cambridge as require
