Description:
- Assist Head Coach with the season planning to help swimmers reach their highest potential both in and out of the pool.
- Coaching competitive swimmers in their activities
- Coach students during the weekends.
- Assist teachers with the International School’s Physical Education swim classes during weekdays.
- Continuous improvement via workshops and classes
- Ensure administrative tasks are fulfilled related to the program
- Engage potiential swimmers who are interested in improving their sports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years coaching experience with a background in competitive swimming at national or-international level.
- Diploma or degree in kinesiology, physiology and sport science related would be a bonus.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire swimmers of all ages and create a positive learning environment.
Details:
- Salary: $2,500 - $3,000 (+$50 transport allowance)
- Time: 44hrs/week
- Location: Will be located at a suitable location
