Job Description

Job Description

  • Coordinate with contractors, service providers and operation teams for handling regular and ad-hoc R&M work orders and follow-up to ensure completion of works
  • Coordinate with consultants and contractors for food licensing application and renewal  
  • Coordinate with consultants in the submission of requirements to government authorities and landlords
  • Prepare documents, correspondences, reports, PO and subsequent payment processing as well as oversee all aspects of documentation control to facilitate the progress of projects
  • Provide administrative support to the Swire Restaurants Technician and Head of Design and Technical Services
  • Prepare spend tracking report, forecast spend and reporting on variances against budget
  • Perform general administrative duties and provide clerical support to the project team

 

Do You have the Following? 

  • Diploma in Construction, Building Services, Engineering or related discipline is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word
  • Able to multi-task and work independently and proactively with strong communication skills
  • Experience in interior fit-out / building / construction field is a must
  • Experience in F&B food licensing process is an advantage
