Switchboard Operator
 As a Switchboard Operator, you will ensure all incoming calls are dealt with correctly and efficiently and that all messages and enquires are taken and passed on to the relevant persons.

  What you will be doing:

• To answer all incoming calls quickly, efficiently and in a professional manner
• To have a full working knowledge of the switchboard
• To be able to communicate with guests, staff and customers both 'face-to-face' and over the telephone
• To be able to advise guests on all international, credit card and reverse charge calls and any other operator assisted calls
• To carry out other duties as may be required to ensure the Hotel Operation is properly maintained to provide total guest satisfaction

Your experience and skills include:

• Guest focused personality is essential
• Prior experience working in a similar role is an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
   
• Your team and working environment:
• Working a fast paced team environment
• Shifts will be during the day, evening and weekend
• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
