The Switzerland and Austria SMB Sales Manager will be the owner of the Data Center (DCG) SMB business in those countries. In this role you can be based in either Zurich or Vienna. These are your detailed responsibilities: • Development of Lenovo Mid market and SMB business through the channel. • Owning and Managing the SMB Profit and Loss (P&L) : Revenue and profit targets • Product selection to address the Swiss and Austrian SMB markets and channel stocks • Product pricing: benchmarking vs. market and balancing profitability • MidMarket bid pricing • Owning and introducing channel campaigns to expand reseller base and channel sales • Managing relationship with the distributors and some of the resellers • Gathering competitive data, market intelligence, for driving a smarter portfolio This is not a people management but a Sales leadership role. Lenovo DCG SMB business is driven by the channel and you will be mainly driving sales activities through distribution.
