What efforts you need to make for this role?

• Work with the internal team to provide system administration, configuration, troubleshooting
• Understand and help to deploy the best practices on IT infrastructure based on the need of business and security
• Help to build up IT Service strategy and deploy the new technology solution
• Manage the IT project deployment, ensure that operations deliverables are completed consistently and on time, and meet the quality standard
• Liaise and work closely between various departments to support the overall business goal
• Provide IT support for internal users
• Develop and maintain IT systems documentation
• Support and improve IT service management aspects such as configuration management, security management and network problem management

The following attributes will be value...

• Advanced Diploma or above in Information System or related disciplines
• 5 years or above working experience in system administration, especially for Microsoft platform
• Experience in the administration of Windows AD, Azure Cloud, Office 365 and SCCM is preferred
• Experience in Enterprise network, firewall, web service security administration is preferred
• Good analytical and problem-solving mind, self-motivation, good interpersonal skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Hands-on experience in major cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/Google)
• Certification holders of Microsoft Azure, SCCM and Windows Server is preferred
• Certification holders of ITIL is preferred

Remarks: The role will be started with 2-year renewable contract
