*    Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
*    Minimum 2 years hands-on support experience in windows environment
*    Knowledge in Linux/Unix or database/network administration is preferable
*    Strong analytical and problem solving skill
*    Attention to detail and well-organized
