Responsibilities:

• Perform administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance and user support on Email service, Desktop / Server, Active Directory, Internet, WiFi, network connections, VPN, RDP, anti-virus, SSL certificates etc
• Responsible for hardware and software system maintenance, data protection and security, disaster recovery planning and inventory management
• Setup and maintain various testing environments for software development and customer support, involving technologies like (but not limited to) VMware, Hyper-V, O365, MS Exchange, Windows Servers, SQL Server, Linux, BSD, NAS, SAN, Azure, Google, Dropbox, Amazon E3, Openstack, MAC, Apache, Tomcat
• Source and purchase hardware / software by request, and follow-up all related procurement / setup
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in IT related discipline
• Solid 1 year relevant IT support experience
• Good knowledge in Microsoft products, Linux environment, networking, security and access control system
• Experience in Azure Cloud Services is a plus
• Experience in Apache, Tomcat, shell scripts, VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, O365 is a plus
• Strong sense of ownership and self-motivated
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
