Responsibilities

• Handle on full cycle of application development and implementation (waterflow or agile)
  
• Lead development team, communicate with clients and vendors or service partners
  
• Responsible in technical documentations and quality assurance
  
• Facilitate Project Manager in project monitoring and delivery
  

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or IT related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of IT experience and 2 years of SA experience
• Familiarize in project management, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Experience in communication with customer users, IT teams and solution vendors
  
• Experience in any of following areas will be an advantage
  
  • Microservices / API / SOA
  • Container / Cloud computing
    
  • GIS technology
  • Government project
  • Low code application
