Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for collecting and analyzing user requirements
• Perform system logical physical design and system sizing
• Calculate costs and benefits
• Prepare implementation options, system and program specifications
• Conduct system and user acceptance tests
• Design business continuity and disaster recovery for the project, etc.

Requirements:

• At least four years of IT experience including at least three years of experience in system analysis and design;
• Completed at least two computer projects that used SSADM, or other design methodologies as adopted by the government, for system design;
• At least three years of experience in web-based and database application development;
• Experience in design and development of electronic forms submission system that could be compliance with the Electronic Transaction Ordinance (ETO) is preferable;
• Experience in design & development of computer system(s) that use digital signature is preferable;
• Experience in handling computer project(s) that contains more than 2 system interfaces;
• Proven design experience in Web Content Accessibility; and
• Proven design experience with mobile devices
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese
• Permanent Hong Kong Resident is preferred.
