Job Duties:

Provide technical assistance and IT professional support to the operation of Computer Forensic tasks

Assist in conducting research studies on the prevailing digital crime trends in relation to computer forensic examination

Provide technical support and maintenance services to computer hardware, software, network equipment and forensic tools

Provide administration support, such as arranging equipment / service procurement, equipment inventory control and ISO accreditation audit

Conduct quality control and quality assurance of support services rendered by service providers, computer bulk contractors and vendors of the forensic tools

Conduct any other technical support as assigned by Manager

Requirement Details:

Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent

At least 5 years working experience in technical support and maintenance services

Proven experience in ISO accreditation audit

Experience in helpdesk support services is preferred

Hands-on working experience in IT Audit, IT Procurement, Tender Preparation and Administration, as well as Vendor and Contract Management

Previous working experience in IT application development / management and implementation is essential

Good communication and negotiation skills

Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)

Ability to work independently and team player
