Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information System or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant IT working experiences, with 2 years or more hands-on experiences in conducting ERP and Business Intelligence (BI) project
• Well versed in Microsoft technologies, such as Windows Server, Internet Information Services (IIS), Visual Studio, SQL Server, C#, Crystal Report, MorphX, X++, and Cloud-based technologies (e.g. Azure), etc.
• Hands-on experiences in conducting Microsoft Dynamics AX project
• Preference will be given to those with hands-on experiences in upgrading Dynamics AX to Dynamics 365 – Finance and Operations (On-premise / Cloud-based version)

Responsibilities

• To communicate and coordinate with users who are in Hong Kong and PRC effectively and efficiently in order to collect user requirements, carry out system analysis and design, discuss & agree on technical solutions, conduct system demonstration, provide training services, produce technical project documents, provide technical support services.
• To carry out programming work
• To communicate and coordinate with the Microsoft Dynamics AX project responsible staff in Hong Kong and PRC in order to present, report and clarify system analysis and design status and particulars, agree on system design and technical solutions, seek advices and support at the right time on unexpected issues, escalate critical issues requiring supervisor’s immediate attention at the right time
