The shortlisted candidate will be assigned to Government to maintain the Government e-portal and mobile development.

Job Duties:

• Maintain the e-portal and develop and support e-submission
• Process and compile statistics from the e-submission forms
• Migrate an existing information portal to a new e-portal for receiving and processing applications for funding
• Coordinate with hardware/software/cloud service suppliers and service providers to maintain content of the e-portal
• Develop mobile application
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisors

Job Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 4 years working experience in Information Technology
• Solid experience in web programming, e.g. html5, php, MySQL, linux, JSON, etc
• Experience in web form development
• Knowledge in mobile application development
• Knowledge of emerging technologies e.g. artificial intelligence, cloud services, big data, Internet of Things, information security, augmented reality, virtual reality, blockchain, robotics etc. is preferable
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with good command in Chinese and English including oral and writing
