The shortlisted candidate will be assigned to Government projects to perform the following duties:

Job Duties:

• Provide end-user support for website update, content management and mobile apps
• Maintain the healthiness and IT security of public web sites and ensure the web site can be viewed properly in different browsers and machines
• Support and administer Window servers and SQL servers.
• Participate in all phases of projects including user requirement collection, system analysis and design, programming, testing, implementation, system nursing and maintenance support.
• Liaise and co-ordinate with various bureau and departments
• Conduct any other support activities
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent
• Solid experience and knowledge in web hosting environment
• Solid experience in providing technical support of Window servers, website maintenance and content management
• Experience in machine readable format, including JSON and XML, preferred
• Experience in Mobile Friendly Website development preferred
• HK Permanent Resident is required
