We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator who will run, administer and organize all project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the Project Manager, aiming at the flawless execution of the project.

System Consultant

Job Responsibilities:

• Project Implementation, product/ solutions evaluation and system integration;
• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives;
• Work as the solution consultant on the system design during the project implementation;
• Develop project document such as system design document and technical manuals;
• Assist project manager to oversees the overall project progress and tackle the technical issue with team members;
• Evaluate new solution from our self-developed or 3^rd party vendor;
• Provide solutions to our clients to meet their needs.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/High Diploma holder major in Computer or IT or related discipline;
• Be familiar with email system (Domino / Exchange), end point encryption security solution, network infrastructure, virtual host platform (VMware / Hyper-V), backup solution, cloud solution and mobile device management and etc.;
• At least 4-5 years hands-on project experience in system integration and solution development and deployment;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Have proactive attitude and can work independently in a teamwork environment. Can work closely with internal colleagues and users;
• Self-motivated, have good sense of team spirit and problem solving;
• Be willing to work under stress and time management pressure;
• Good skills in speaking and writing both in Chinese and English; Speaking skills in Putonghua is an advantage;

Senior System Engineer/ System Engineer

Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide day-to-day IT operational and technical support to business units and internal users
• At least 2 years solid experience in providing technical support services and project management in IP network, security and Linux systems is preferred
• Perform evaluation, installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of resources including OS, hardware & software
• Support focus on Windows or Linux or Virtualization and ensure System & Data Security smooth 

• Prepare technical documentation & User Manual
• Handle hardware and software setup, configuration, testing and support (Office or Client site)
• Handle and troubleshoot hardware and software for internal and external users including on-site, remote or phone support.
• Provide first level support, diagnose and resolve any issues regarding customer system
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned (Office or Client site)

Job Requirements: 

• Diploma / Degree holders or above in IT related disciplines
• 1- 2 years relevant working experience in IT industry in Microsoft platform (Windows Server)
• Knowledge of Server and Desktop Virtualization platform, Storage System & inter-networking is preferred
• Good working attitude with strong problem solving, responsible, independent and self-motivated
• More experience will consider as Senior System Specialist / Project Consultant position
• Good team player, good communication skills and hard-working
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
