We are searching for a talented, experienced C++ Software developer with a Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. As member of the System Debugger Development team you will be developing system debug tools that support the bring-up of firmware and OS kernels on Intel platforms.
As part of a diverse team, you will be responsible for implementing and testing features of the system-level software debugger. Our software is used to enable a wide range of Intel products, from the IoT/embedded segment up to enterprise servers.

Qualifications
Basic qualifications:
Good knowledge of C and C++
Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures
Basic Python skills
Good understanding of computer architecture, including instruction set architectures
Good understanding of operating systems internals
Basic understanding of compiler construction
Experience with git source code management
Very good communications skills
Fluency in English
Preferred qualifications:
Toolchain (compiler, debugger) development experience
Embedded software development experience
Linux kernel development experience
x86 assembly
Eclipse IDE
Basic knowledge of JTAG
Experience with system simulation environment (e.g. Simics)
Proven track of open-source contributions

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
