Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement Robotic Process Automation projects to ensure the timeliness and quality of deliverables
• Manage project processes, documentation, progress reporting, status meeting and escalation effectively
• Work closely with users and vendors for system requirement analysis, design, development, implementation and testing on banking projects
• Identify dependencies and potential risks across project, take measure to resolve issues and mitigate risks
• Manage change control in different stages throughout the project life cycle
• Direct and supervise team lead to support various projects' execution
• Coordinate effectively with both internal and external parties

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
• Over 3 years of application development experience in retail banking industry with solid RPA experience
• Experience on using RPA vendor software is an advantages
• Proven track record of managing sizable projects, experience in supporting regional work is a plus
• Strong presentation, negotiation, organization and problem solving skills
• Sound knowledge in Java, Oracle, UNIX and other open platforms
• Self-motivated and adaptive to changes
