Responsibilities:

• Provide daily technical support services to internal users as hardware and software
• Liaise with IT vendors, recommend and procure hardware and software
• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
• Perform system administration and troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Studies, Information Technology or related equivalent
• Familiar with LAN environment, Network knowledge, and hardware support
• More than 5 years working experience in Information Technology with at least 2 years of network experience
• Solid experience in Windows Server, Exchange server, and Virtualization (Hyper-V)
• Administration on database server (MS SQL) will be an advantage
• Experience in cloud service will be an advantage
• A good team player and can work independently
• Willing to travel
