Responsibilities

• Help with the feasibility, proof-of-concept evaluation and implementation of new IT Infrastructure solutions
• Support and maintain various customer computer resources, including PCs, servers, storage and network equipment.
• Install and perform configuration of computer systems and software on PC and server.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems.
• Perform development, testing, installation and implementation of systems in virtualized UNIX / Linux Platform
• Prepare documentation system and operational support
• Provide 7 x 24 production support on mission critical systems

Skills & Requirements

• High Diploma or above in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in system operation, design and implementation using Linux platform
• Experience on PC and Windows OS installation and configuration
• Experience in public cloud infrastructure will be an advantage
• Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Virtual  Box) would be useful

• Knowledge on network device configuration (Router, Firewall and Switch)
• Immediately available will be an advantage
