Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide AV/IT support to customers for software and hardware issues
• Create and maintain Cloud or on-premises environment
• Follow up with the suppliers or vendors technical issues
• Responsible for software/hardware installation and project delivery
• UAT and deployment preparation
• Testing new technology if necessary

Experience & Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related disciplines
• Min. 2 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in Windows / IOS / Linux / VM
• Knowledge on TCP/IP networking, switch, routers, firewall and VPN
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, interpersonal skills and well organized
• Eager to learn new technology
• Self-motivated, quick learner and able to work under pressure
• Willing to discover the latest technologies and techniques in cloud services development
• Good command of both English and Chinese
