Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the implementations on IT systems or vendor solutions
• To provide IT helpdesk support and onsite technical support services to internal users and external customers
• To perform diagnosis and troubleshooting on system, software, hardware and networking related issues and to rectify them accordingly

Job Requirements:

•  Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
•  Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTPS, LAN/WAN & Hands on experience in networking products
•  Knowledge of Windows Server (AD, File & Print, Exchange) and Linux Servers and with hands on experience in the above areas
•  Knowledge of Private and Public Cloud (VMware, HyperV, Azure & O365)
•  3-5 years relevant practical experience
•  Able to communicate in Chinese, English and Mandarin
•  Self-motivated, willing to learn 
•  Customer facing experience is preferred
•  A good team player with outstanding analytical & problem-solving skills
•  Immediate availability is preferred
