Ø Lead and coordinate technical topics, work together with team including HW, SW, ME, RE, etc.
Ø Analyze stakeholder requirements, including legal requirements, customer requirements, internal requirements etc.
Ø Create ECU system requirements specification
Ø Define verification criteria
Ø Create system architecture and system design
Ø Establish and ensure traceability between Requirements and Design.
Ø Baseline system requirements and system design
Ø System Release
Ø Create technical customer documentation
Ø Other assigned tasks.

1. Bachelor degree +, preferred on major E&E engineering, or Automotive, or Motor control.
2. >= 3 years' experience in Automotive
3. System experience in Electrical Compressor electronics system for high-voltage system in vehicle .
4. Knowledge in System Engineering Process & Methodology
5. A-SPICE process knowledge preferred
6. Strong sense of responsibility
7. Good Communication, Fluent in English language.
