Job Responsibilities:-
- Environment setup, application installation and deployment.
- Software installation, set-up and configuration at customer location.
- System troubleshooting and upgrade services at customer location and via telephone.
- Product support and customer care both at the customer location and via telephone.
- Provide customer training both on site and in-house when required.
- Prepare technical document and reports for customer.

Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Working knowledge on Windows/Mac desktop and server, database and network service
- Working knowledge on Linux or UNIX operating systems
- Working knowledge of System architecture, installation and maintenance
- Experience providing technical training is an advantage
- Knowledge of IBM WebSphere or Rational products is a plus
- Able to work independently and proactively
- Job-related training will be provided regularly
