Responsibilities:

• Maintain office IT related facilities, and assist in ad-hoc separation projects
• M365 administration
• Patch management using SCCM
• Hyper-V Administration
• Participate in helpdesk projects and implementation work on hardware, software, MS Windows, Office, Outlook and networking
• Skills on Setting up and configuring Laptop/Desktop/Mac or networking devices and provide technical support
• Hands on experience on managing mobile device using Intune
• Provide 2^nd line support to end-user
• Troubleshoot IT related issues and report to line manager or supervisor on the issues
  
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Computing Science or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 4 years working experience in IT related field and have solid helpdesk or technical support background
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux and server based applications and network support
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and able to follow process and procedure
• Holder of MCSE/CCNA is preferable
• Good team player, and strong communication skill
• Other duties assigned
