Job Descriptions:

• Assist Solution Architect or work independently to carry out the requirement analysis, testing execution and recording, system implementation and documentation works
• Plan and carry out migration tasks, perform trouble shooting and problem solving, prepare progress report and dashboard
• Provide support to Exchange Administrator and end-users

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• 3-5 years of technical support working experience and at least 1 Exchange Online migration experience with involved more than 5,000 mailboxes migration
• Solid and practical experience on Microsoft Exchange Online migration is a must
• Certification holder of related Microsoft qualification will be an advantage
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• System testing and technical documentation
• Self-initiative and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
