Job Duties:

• Administrate, support and troubleshoot Anti-spam Gateway and Microsoft Products (e.g. Exchange server, Microsoft Windows/Azure Active Directory, Information Rights Management and Single-Sign-On System)
• Providing technical support in both hardware and software related matters as well.
• Perform system monitoring, software upgrade, applying security patches and maintenance
• Perform daily backup operations and ensure system data are successfully backed up
• Assist in the procurement and maintenance renewal of IT hardware and software
• Assist in the delivery and testing of the IT systems
• Update and ensure accurate documentation
  
  

Requirements:

• Candidates with a Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or relevant studies
• Possession of Microsoft-related certificates such as MCSA or other technical qualifications is preferred
• Hands-on experience with Anti-spam Gateway and Windows environment, and experience in troubleshooting, configuring servers and email support
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent and able to work with all levels of personnel
• Able to work within tight timelines with good prioritisation skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
