Job Duties:

• Perform System Administration on Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory and related Infrastructure
• Troubleshoot system and network problems; diagnose and resolve hardware or software faults
• Assist with the implementation of IT projects, such as PC replacement, System Migration, Server Migration
• Perform IT helpdesk support and resolve technical issues for users
• Maintain operation & support procedures, server and hardware inventory

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information System, Computer Science or related discipline
• 3 years' experience in Server, Desktop, hardware and software support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Windows Desktop and Server Administration and Windows Active Directory Services
• Experience in Windows 10, Kaspersky Anti-virus backup is in an advantage
• Innovative, strongly interested in new technology and willing to take up challenges
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
