Responsibilities:

• Maintain and Support for general office IT operations.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting on system issue (Virtual Machine, AD, DNS, Firewall setting / printing / email issue)
• Allocate IT resources for departments and clients (Government Departments)
• Maintain established scripts/programs for office task Automation
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or relevant discipline
• 3 years or above relevant experiences
• Knowledge in Linux/Windows Operating System and AD Management
• Knowledge in Virtual Machine and/or Cloud Services Management
• Basic Knowledge in Programming Language and Principles
• Knowledge in JavaScript / VBA / FoxPro will be a bonus
• Valid Driving License will be a bonus
• Candidates with less experience or qualification will be considered as Assistant System Engineer or Technical Officer
• Office located in Tsuen Wan
