Job Duties:

• To perform system administration tasks in Anti-spam Gateway and Microsoft Products (e.g. Exchange server, Microsoft Windows/Azure Active Directory, Information Rights Management and Single-Sign-On System)
• To provide the daily server operations including monitoring, software upgrade, applying security patches and maintenance
• To assist in the procurement and maintenance renewal of IT hardware and software
• To assist in the delivery and testing of the IT systems.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent
• 2-3 years solid IT experience in administration and support of Microsoft Exchange Server, IT security products, especially the endpoint security products, patch management products, software asset management product
• Solid experience in Windows Server 08/12 and Microsoft AD administration
• Strong analytical mind and problem-solving techniques
• Good command of spoken and written of English and Chinese
• HK Permanent Resident is required
