Job Description:

• Provide the on-site or remote installation and support services to customer
• Deal with customer to compromise the requirements and provide high quality services
• Provide the preventive maintenance services
• Provide 7x24 support service

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information System or related disciplines
• 1 years of above working experience in IT system support, especially for Microsoft platform
• Experience in Cloud platforms - Azure, Office 365, Microsoft System Center and/or Microsoft AD is preferred
• Certification of MCSE, MCITP is preferred
• Good attitude and team working
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
