Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor both on premise and cloud systems throughout the company.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and application software.
• Support system management tools to ensure system availability.
• Evaluate business requirements, define technical requirements and work with team to develop solutions.
• Assist senior system engineers in infrastructure improvements.
• Perform ongoing activities to maintain and enhance overall system performance.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in IT system management
• Experienced in system and software troubleshooting
• Experience with Windows server systems is required
• Basic knowledge with Microsoft SQL Server systems
• Familiar with computer hardware
• Experience with cloud services such AWS
