Job Duties:

• Provide engineering support for systems (Windows server, Linux) in different projects
• Design, deploy, support and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools and server infrastructure with standard designs and configurations, take part in technical product planning, development and deployment
• To assist application teams in trouble-shooting and fixing the project-based server and network related issues
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
• Work closely with network, virtualization, database, and application teams on multi-site solutions
• Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
• Work in line with business requirements and security guidelines and thereby provide constant support till the closure of the assigned tasks
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Computer Studies or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of related working experience
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Windows 7/10, Linux/Unix, MSOffice, firewall, lPS, Load Balancer, SAN & NAS, virtualization, TCP/IP networking & mobile devices security implementation
• Knowledge in Hyper-V Administration
• Self-motivated, good communication skills and team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skill with a good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
