Job Responsibility:

• Provide support to new Projects
• Change, Problem and Incident Handling
• Assist in system upgrade, administration, and documentation update
• Assist in problem analysis, report, and providing solutions to incidents

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in IT Infrastructure and end-user support (in Windows Server)
• Good team player, also able to work independently
• Good in written and spoken English and Chinese preferably including Putonghua
• Advantage with experience in:
  • SQL Server
  • Microsoft Windows Server
  • Microsoft Azure support including IaaS, PaaS, APIM, etc.
  • System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • VMware
  • PowerShell, shell script, etc.
  • Supporting sizeable and complicated IT infrastructure
• More experience will be considered as Senior System Engineer
