Objective of Job:
- As the product owner of system integration, responsible for the feature/enabler prioritization and delivery confirmation in agile working model.
- Leverage expertise to analyse and support the integration requirements relating to functionalities, applications and business processes.
- Plan and design of development streams for enhancements and maintenance of the system integration component.
- Leverage industry trends to shape feasible functional, technological solutions and process improvements.
- Provide guidance to development team and ensure good quality of design and code, review the test result with quality assurance.
- Plan the release scope, and lead team for release cutover plan and execution.
- Review vendor’s delivery and quality, and conduct related vendor management.
Task Description:
1. System Integration Product Owner / Technical Lead
- As the product owner of system integration, responsible for the feature/enabler prioritization and delivery confirmation in agile working model, be responsible for sprint plan and review.
- Consult business units and IT application owners to create the best system integration solution. Consult and support the related units (application & business) within the requirement analysis phases.
- Act as a solution architect within the integration domain and be a leader in the solution design phase, deliver technical design document.
- Lead and coordinate the system integration component development in cooperation with the vendor to deliver requirement.
- Develop relevant software code and scripts for configuring and adjusting the integration component.
- Plan the release scope, and lead team for release cutover plan and execution.
- Lead DevOps working model and CI/CD implementation.
2. System Integration Quality Assurance and Operation
- Continuously improve and optimize the exiting integration solution.
- Define test plan/scope/approach/tool to ensure a high quality of the integration solution, take the lead in execution of quality assurance activities.
- Coordinate the test management with business users, application teams, vendors to ensure high quality of system integration tests.
- Review the testing result and lead team for bug fixing.
- Debug and adjust the integration component within the incident and problem management activities.
- Enhance system stability through operations.
3. Vendor Management
- Manage the vendors with the aim to reach the project goals, deliver the requested tasks, solutions or services.
- Control and review vendor’s delivery and its quality.
- Conduct vendor performance review and provide feedback.
4. Other Tasks
- Take over a technical consulting role.
- Drive technical innovation and impact the team and department.
- Know-how transfer within the own team and the application teams.
