Responsibilities:

• Define process interfaces, data models, and integration points across disparate, complex cloud applications
• Engage customers at different stages from pre-sales support, proof of concept, and project implementation
• Administration of the Dell Boomi platform including : process integration, maintenance, and error resolution across SaaS and PaaS applications
• Develop and execute quality assurance and test strategies. Troubleshoot as needed
• Manage the development, scripting updates, data preparation, target schema and related ETL as required for data loads. Hand-on these tasks when required
• Provide integration specifications to off-shore development teams, and monitor progress and quality outcomes
• Above list of responsibilities will expand and contract according to business needs
• Assist with miscellaneous IT Back Office support, administration, custom coding, etc.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or related technical fields
• 10+ years of IT systems implementation and support
• 5+ years system integration/middleware tools experience with SOA, SaaS, and ETL technologies
• 5+ years programming in SQL including queries, stored procedures, triggers and functions
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of SI Consultant
• Understanding of common integration patterns
• Understanding of security, Encryption, and Digital Certificates
• Strong Relational Database background and SQL Skills
• Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications
• Previous experience in managing off-shore development team will be advantageous
• Mandarin preferred in addition to English and Cantonese
