We are looking for a System Manager for the Kaohsiung extension RK project. His/her responsibilities will consist of: 1. Defining and coordinating the overall strategy for delivery from technical perspective and responsible for the overall management of the system engineering activities to ensure the technical and commercial requirements are met and are in line with the overall delivery strategy. Collaborative working within the offshore system engineering team to support as required and to provide a focused delivery strategy and agreement. 2. Collaboratively working with the offshore design and engineering teams, bridge the local customer and offshore design and engineering teams for clarification of the customer’s technical comment on design documents and other deliverables, facilitate the review process and achieve customer approval efficiently and effectively. 3. Support the project manager on coordination of internal functions with offshore team such as scheduling, project control, quality, documentation, configuration, RAMS and requirement management. 4. Support the interface manager on identification of SIG interface requirements for internal (other E&M systems) and external (Civil and track works) interfaces, resolving interface issues and achieving consensus with interface partners. 5. Following the project being progressing to the installation and T&C phases, support the site team on installation and T&C activities from the system engineering perspective.
