Objective of job
Responsible for DRC process optimization, system maintenance and enhancement as well as new digital solutions:
• Existing system maintenance: collaborate with IT team to fast react and solve system daily issues;
• Interim solution development and implementation when system is not ready;
• Coordinate daily operation team to Initiate and implement process optimization and system enhancement;
• Ad-hoc report preparation & digital support to other teams, like consolidate multiple data source for repayment monitoring to facilitate due/overdue vehicles status tracking.
Task description
1. System Maintenance & Enhancement
• Responsible for VTDS and WIAS maintainance, provide fast reaction to system issues
• Effectively communicate with system developers, make sure all system issuese will be solved quickly
• Collaborate with team members, collect daily business requirement and transfer to system requirements
• Collaberate with IT and project team, support auto solution develop, test and go-live.
2. Development and Implementation of Interim Solution
• Develop the process and reporting tool as interim solution when system is not ready
• Data and reports manual preparation, including but not limited to repayment monitoring report, default analysis, floating mortgage report and tabluea reports.
3. Process improvement
• Participate in process improvement projects and activities according to market requirements
• Coordinate with CM and VM team for process and system optimization to embrace business changes.
• Take charge of process and working instruction mantainance and timely updates.
• Provide support for audit events within DRC team.
4. Others
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
