Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, administration, troubleshooting and tuning of IT system and network infrastructure
• System management include patch management, change request and health check
• Daily support operation on Infrastructure services and maintain the stability and secured infrastructure environment
• Perform Server hardware and software troubleshoot and handle incident management
• Implementing IT project and follow schedule
• Prepare procedures and documents in the responsible areas
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
• At least 5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure administration, support
• Hands on experience in Windows Server, Active Directory
• Hands on experience on Azure.
• Good analytical & communication skills
• Good written and speaking in English and Mandarin
