Job Description:

• To provide technical and maintenance support to ensure high level of stability, availability, reliability, performance and security of online service is provided to the public
• To provide technical support on security measures and reviews, system interfaces with other internal systems and enhancement on the system infrastructure
• To carry out quality control for the deliverables of the outsourced contractors
• To monitor the outsourced contractors and liaise with external and internal parties for the technical support on system infrastructure
• Any other tasks assigned by the management

Job Requirement:

• Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant post-qualification working experience
• At least 2 years of experience in following skills:
  • Technical support of system infrastructure with server clustering,
  • IT Application Development and Management
  • Apache Web Server
  • JBoss Application Server
  • Linux System Administration
  • Oracle RDBMS
  • System Implementation and Maintenance/Support
  • Structured Query Language
  • XML
  • Quality Management
  • Vendor Management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to learn
• Good written and verbal communication in English, including technical writing skills
