Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide help desk services (application and infrastructure)
  • Analyze, trouble shoot, and provide solutions on system related problems
  • Prepare supporting documents on IT equipment procurement
  • Take the ownership to keep track of application issues and their status
  • Assist in hardware/software/network monitoring, maintenance, installation and deployment tasks
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Computer Networking, System Administration, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience in providing helpdesk support and project coordinate
  • Good team player, self-motivated and good communication skills
  • Good Command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduate or less experience will also be considered
