The System Validation Engineer will be part of Data Center Platform Architecture, Integration and Validation team (PAIV). PAIV is responsible for data center products architecture and platform validation. The scope of the deliverable will vary based on the target platform and specific issue at hand.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Creating, defining, and developing system validation environment and test suites.
- Using and applying emulation and platform level tools and techniques to ensure performance to spec.
- Developing of methodologies, execution of validation plans, and debug of failures.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a positive factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed may be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline (documentation related to Bachelor's degree completion will be required).
- The candidate must have experience in at least one of the following:
- 3+ years of experience in designing and testing silicon and/or platform.
- 3+ years of Server or x86 Architecture knowledge.
- 3+ years working with System Architecture - HW-FW-SW as a whole.
- 1+ year(s) of experience in Server Memory architecture.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Platform Debug, Stability, Validation methodologies.
- Si Design, Validation. or debug experience.
- Memory Debug experience.
- RAS (Reliability, Availability and Serviceability).
- Python scripting.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
