IOTG Systems and Software Engineering Team (SWS) is looking for a System Validation Engineer to validate software and hardware on Intel IOT/server products. The platforms are representative of our customer end solutions and in few cases the actual customer design or Intel branded product. You will be responsible for understanding and executing test plans to verify product specifications. Your responsibilities will include but are not be limited to: Understanding Intel platform validation process and methodologies. Executing platform validation test plans to meet product quality goals. Develop automation test scripts and utilities. Ask questions, share observations and challenge assumptions in a way that contributes to the team's thinking process. Must be self-motivated, resourceful and have an aptitude for troubleshooting Must have good written and oral communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate and communicate with stakeholders

Qualifications

4-8 years of experience in roles of software development, integration, automation and validation in embedded domain Sound programming skills in C/C++/Python. Fair idea of debugging methodologies Sound OS fundamentals Knowledge of any CPU architecture would be an added plus. Strong self-initiative and persistence with ability to deal with ambiguity to focus and achieve end goals. The candidate must have a high focus on discipline in execution, a relentless pursuit of quality and excellent customer orientation.
