Job Duties:

• Provide on-site support to end users
• Provide technical support on desktop computers, mobile devices and office automation systems such as email systems, networked file systems and etc.
• Responsible for configuration and setup, operational support as well as troubleshooting

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or IT or related discipline
• At least 3-year experience in IT field
• At least 1-year experience in PC LAN Support, Window 7/8/10
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Required to carry pager for support during non-office hours
• HK permanent resident is required
